The Breastshield Selection Guide suggests that for a good fit, try a small size if your nipple diameter after pumping is 16-17mm. The shields are easy to install, remove, and clean, with no problems with dishwasher top rack, water steam cleaning, boiling water, or microwave-steam bags. They are made with Food Grade Polypropylene (PP), BPA and DEHP free, and are sealed by the manufacturer.
